​Delivery Policy

1. Our program can be booked  through website, e-mail, phone or during a face to face meeting.

2. Once registered and paid in full, we shall send you confirmation for your registration & payment within 48 hours by email

3. The program shall start and finish on the notified schedule. Any changes to the schedule and timing of the program shall be intimated to the clients from time to time.

4. Certificates are issued within 1-2 weeks from the end date of the particular course (This is estimated time frame, it can take even longer in certain cases)

5. Creative Bites or its Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

6. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

7. The management of Creative Bites holds the right to revoke, cancel or suspend showreel and membership of any participant for the inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or any other reasons, as deem fit by management without any prior notice.

8. Production of Show reel takes anywhere between 4-8 weeks from the last day of the course (This is estimated time frame, the production of Show reel could take even longer in certain cases)
