Method of Payment

​

1. Client can pay the fees in accordance the payment deadlines for the particular workshop or course.

2. The fee related to any workshops conducted by Creative Bites shall need to be paid in full in advance to confirm the booking

3. Client can choose to pay by cheque, wire transfer, bank to bank transfer or by credit or debit card over our website

4. Client will be intimated within 24 hours of receiving the payment

5. “We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)”

Cancellation of booking & Refunds

   •   As we have limited seats, which are always over booked, hence we do not refund if you have enrolled for our courses.

•  In case participant failed to come for the course, we can transfer the participant to another similar program or next upcoming program based on availability of seats

• There is no refund of the fee as we incur advance payments for space rentals, technical and production assistance.

• Refunds will be made to all the clients if the program is being cancelled by Creative Bites itself
